The Asian Philosophy Based Diet

The Macrobiotic Diet

Diets Based on Christian Principles

The Bible Diet

Observes three principles: you eat foods created by God for people, you preserve God's design and you do not allow any food or drink become addictive for you.
One version of the Bible Diets is a 40-day cleansing program during which the dieter is required to eat whole grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, seeds, natural condiments and herbs. The recommended foods are seasonal, natural, and wholesome. The dieter must abstain from animal products, artificial ingredients, irradiated foods, alcohol, and caffeine.

The Hallelujah Diet

Created by Rev. George Malkmus in whose opinion the world of proper eating began as vegan. It is based solely on vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.

The Maker's Diet

Created by Jordan Rubin, inspired by the book of Leviticus, this diet encourages eating a variety of foods, meat, poultry, dairy products, fruit and vegetables. It discourages an all-raw, vegan regimen.
